U-5 (Development) 4 years old and under*  $465

*player must be the age, or under, on December 31


2024/2025 Season Payments: Due August 15, 2024.  After this a $100 late fee will apply.
We are closing registration earlier this year to allow us time to open up a second team in divisions that have waitlists.  Wainfleet is trying to get as many kids on the ice as we can : )
(Roster is based on first come first served. We cannot
guarantee a spot until payment has been received - Please contact the Treasurer if you need assistance).

PLEASE NOTE: While we are not running rep teams below U21, if you plan on trying out for representative hockey in another center but would like to return to Wainfleet for local league if unsuccessful, we recommend you register in Wainfleet to secure your spot .
3.5's are no longer issued to participants wanting to try out for rep hockey, ROC's will be issued as per the Regional Director.

Refund Policy

In the case of a registrant withdrawing from the WMHA program, refund requests must be made in writing to the board.  Refunds will only be granted in the case of a player moving from the area, injury or acceptance to a A, AA or AAA program in another center.  For any other reason, refunds will be at the discretion of the board.  A $50 administration fee will be applied prior to calculating the refund, including injured players.  

The refund will then be based on the following percentages:
Before October 1 Refund minus $20.00 administration charge.

  • Before Oct 1st 90% refund minus $50.00 insurance fee.
  • Oct 1st to Nov 1st 70% refund Minus $50.00 insurance fee
  • Nov 1st to Dec 1st 40% refund Minus $50.00 insurance fee
  • After Dec 1st No refund 
  • (ex. 90% of a $500.00 registration fee is $450.00. Minus the $50.00 insurance fee. Would mean a $400.00 dollar refund)
  • The administration fee will be waived if the player is transferring to another OMHA association due to change of residency.
